Our services
Sense in the Making provides arts-led mental health services for adults across Australia.
Individual creative arts therapy
Creative arts therapy uses art-making, writing and conversation to explore our experiences of self, relationships with others and the world.
We follow what arises through the making process, noticing what images, feelings, or ideas emerge, and what they might be telling you.
There are 2 ways we can work together:
ONLINE SESSIONS (via Zoom) - bookings available by appointment
IN-PERSON in Melbourne/Naarm (northern suburbs) - Join the waitlist here
Art therapy is accessible through some NDIS plans. Self-referrals and enquiries from support coordinators and plan managers are welcome.
Psychosocial recovery coaching
Recovery coaching focuses on building your capacity for daily living, increasing self-awareness and skills for working with your unique brain and body. We use a strengths-based approach to identify your what’s meaningful for you and work towards building the skills to live well.
Recovery coaching is particularly suited to people with lived experience of mental health challenges who want practical support with managing the impacts of a psychosocial disability.
Available ONLINE and IN-PERSON by request (northern suburbs of Melbourne only, additional travel fees apply)
Accessible through some NDIS plans

OTHER WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
Community engagement and facilitation
I offer consultation and facilitation services for organisations, community groups, and projects working at the intersection of arts, wellbeing, and social connection.
This includes co-designing and facilitating creative workshops, engagement processes or consultation on arts-based approaches to community health and wellbeing.
I bring a thoughtful, ethics-led perspective to group work, making space for diverse ways of knowing, communicating, and participating.
